Liberty Energy: a proud member of the Liberty Utilities family

Liberty Utilities provides water, electricity, and gas utility services to communities across the United States. Serving over 265,000 customers in six states (Arizona, California, Illinois, Missouri, New Hampshire and Texas), Liberty Utilities is unique among its peers for its commitment to Customer Care, Community and Conservation.
Customer Care
Liberty Utilities upholds the highest standards of service to meet the day-to-day needs of our customers. We do this by providing payment and support services as close to the customer as possible. We also promote the Spirit of Liberty (formerly known as Liberty Heroes) – an employee awards program that recognizes extraordinary service and superior customer care.
Community
Liberty Utilities promotes community engagement among its employees through internal incentive programs. Liberty Days are paid opportunities to get proactively involved in community events, ideas, or issues. From volunteering and public education to area clean-ups, Liberty Utilities employees can be found actively participating in their community at least three times a year. We also offer incentives for our employees to live in the communities in which we work. Living locally means that we are not just service providers, we are neighbours.
Conservation
Liberty Utilities is committed to being one of the most efficient water, electricity, and gas utility service providers in the country. Our efforts associated with cost containment are at the core of our operations models. Further, whether participating in grassroots community events or making presentations at public schools, we are actively engaged in customer education programs aimed at promoting water and energy conservation.
